RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any unworn ‘Made By Issae’ items
To accept a full return or exchange, all items must be in good condition (unworn) and still have all its original security tags and labels in place
We will offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days after receiving your item. Refunds can be returned to your original form of payment or a store credit
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 28 days after receiving your item via our Returns Centre. Do not forget to indicate your reason for return or exchange. If it is an exchange, do indicate which item you would like
We do NOT cover your shipping cost for returns or exchanges. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge
All items must be sent to us via a tracked or signed service to ensure it can be tracked and we do receive the item. Made By Issae will NOT be held liable for any lost/ misplaced items
Late returns or exchanges are NOT accepted and may be returned to you
Sale and promotional items can only be exchanged NOT returned

You will receive an email once the return request has been approved with all instructions. Note: Returns approval can take up to 3 business days
For international returns, please clearly mark 'RETURN' on the packaged item for customs declaration. If the packaged item is not marked as a 'RETURN' this may result in customs charging us import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item. If a refund to the original form of payment is requested, it make take your card issuer up to 10 working days to process the refund. Please do not hesitate to Contact Us after this period if you still have not received your refund

EXCHANGES
Visit our Returns Centre and follow the instructions selecting items you wish to return
You will receive an email once the return request has been approved with all instructions. Note: Returns approval can take up to 3 business days
For international exchanges, please clearly mark 'RETURN' on the packaged item for customs declaration. If the packaged item is not marked as a 'RETURN' this may result in customs charging us import taxes, this amount will become payable and we will require you to make payment before the exchange is shipped free of charge
You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely. All exchanges are based on stock availability
If the exchanged item is less expensive than the original item, the difference will be refunded via original method of payment
Alternatively, if the exchanged garment is more expensive than the original garment, you will be required to make payment of the difference
Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item.
Late exchanges are not accepted and may be returned to you
